Consistent Pacing with Strong Finish Nicole Landry, competing in the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest 5K, clocked a total time of 41:02, averaging a steady pace of 13:14 minutes per mile. Starting strong, she completed her first mile in 12:44, ranking 164th in her division. Her pacing remained consistent as she tackled mile two in 13:53, only slightly slower. In the final mile, Nicole showcased a slight improvement with a split of 13:08. Landry finished 236th in the Female 40-44 Divisiona commendable place in a competitive field with 6521 participants overall. While she maintained overall pace consistency, there's an opportunity to work on maintaining initial speed from the first mile through to the second mile.
