Consistent Pace Leads to Strong Finish in 5K Tim Williams from Gladstone, OR, completed the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest 5K with a final time of 33:44 and an average pace of 10:53 min/mile. At each mile marker, Tim showed consistency by reducing his pace: starting with an 11:05 min/mile in the first mile, improving to 10:58 in the second, and reaching 10:39 in the third split. This progression in splits shows effective control and endurance over the course. Tim's finish placed him 1,424th in his gender and 109th in the M45-49 division out of 6521 participants overall. Encouraging progress was evident as his overall placement improved from 1,750 after the first mile to 1,560 by the second mile.
