Steady Improvement and Consistent Pacing Phuong Farias demonstrated impressive pacing and consistency in the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest 5K. With an overall time of 30:00 and an average pace of 9:40 min/mile, Phuong maintained a steady rhythm throughout the race. Notably, her pace improved with each subsequent mile: starting at 10:04 min/mile, she increased her pace to 9:36 min/mile by the second mile, and further to 9:32 min/mile by the third. This consistent improvement is a noteworthy positive from her performance. Phuongs positioning also reflects her steady performance. She advanced in her gender and age division through the race, starting from 401st in her gender and improving to 364th. Her final position in the F30-34 age division was 76th out of many competitors.
