Strong Middle Spurt with Consistent Finish Heli Vora delivered a steady performance at the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest. Opening with a pace of 19:20 min/mile for the first mile, placing 4608th overall, she significantly picked up her speed, clocking an impressive 7:06 min/mile for the second mile. This strong middle-mile pace improved her standing to 2833rd overall. Throughout the race, Heli remained committed and finished with an overall time of 40:27 for the 5K, securing the 285th spot in her F35-39 division. Notable was the shift from an initial 2639th place in gender to finishing 2171st, illustrating her consistent pacing improvement. Although the last mile saw a slight dip to 13:01 min/mile, it was a manageable pace, finishing with an average of 13:03 min/mile over the 3.1-mile course.
