Consistent Pace & Strong Finish Elli maintained a steady pace throughout the race, exhibiting impressive consistency with her split times. Her splits were very close: 6:36, 6:36, 6:43, and 6:43 minutes/mile respectively, indicating a strong pacing strategy in the 8K event. Particularly noteworthy is the improvement from her third mile performance, moving to 14th in her gender category and 4th in her division during the second half of the race despite falling in overall ranking. Overall, Elli completed the race with a time of 32:53, maintaining an average pace of 6:37 min/mile. Among 5,185 participants, she placed 189th overall and 48th among females, finishing 14th in her F30-34 division. Competing with the Rose City Track Club, Elli's disciplined pacing and finish demonstrate her strong ability to compete effectively in her division.
