Across the four recorded mile splits, Sarah demonstrated an impressive mid-race improvement, with her third split time of 6:37 min/mile being the fastest. Her overall pace consistency also earned her a commendable 8th place in her division, F40-44. Throughout the race, Sarah's performance was characterized by strategic pacing, as evidenced by her split times.
