Consistent Start, Challenging Finish Dennis White maintained a strong and consistent pace during the initial stages of the race, starting with an 8:00 min/mile mark in the first mile. His pacing remained steady, with a slight improvement during the fifth mile with a split time of 7:57. Early position placements reflected a competitive start, ranking 20th in his division after the first mile. As the race progressed, there was a noticeable decline in pacing, especially between miles six and eight, where his splits stretched to 8:40 and 9:40, respectively. This period also saw a drop in division placement, from 30th to 39th. The final touch at an overall pace of 8:28 min/mile concluded with Dennis finishing in the 60th position within his division.
