Consistent Effort in Steady Pace Christopher Higgins participated in the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest 5K. He finished with an overall time of 45:32 and an average pace of 14:41 min/mile. Throughout the race, his pace showed a minor decline; the first mile at 14:10, followed by 14:27 in the second, and 15:28 in the third. Despite this, he maintained a decent tempo given the total participation of 6,521 in the event. From a placement perspective, Christopher maintained consistent standings early on in Place Overall at 4,150 and Place Gender at 1,777, only slightly moving to 4,895 and 2,170 by the end. He placed 266th in his division (M35-39). There is an opportunity to work on maintaining pace consistency throughout the run to improve these placements.
