Consistent Finisher with Impressive Splits Improvement Jennifer Stadick participated in the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest half marathon, completing her race with a total time of 2:01:00 and an average pace of 9:14 min/mile. Representing Poole Running Lab, Jennifer displayed noteworthy progress and resilience throughout the event. Initially beginning with an 8:49 min/mile pace, she encountered variation in her second mile with a 15:34 min/mile pace but successfully regained momentum in later splits. Her performance notably recovered from this early deviation, with subsequent miles typically averaging around the 9:00 to 9:30 min/mile range. Significantly, Jennifer managed a particularly strong finish with mile 12 at a commendable 8:45 min/mile and mile 13 at 8:36 min/mile. Overall, she placed 16th in her F50-54 age division.
