Consistent Pace with Strong Finish at the 5K Jeff Keiter participated in the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest 5K, presented by Toyota. Jeff's pacing improved significantly throughout the race, starting at 8:36 min/mile and finishing the final mile with an impressive split pace of 7:45 min/mile. He placed 60th in the M25-29 division.
