Steady Progression with Strong Finish Garrett Davies demonstrated consistent improvement across the Shamrock Run Fest 5K with his impressive pacing strategy. Starting with a 9:24 min/mile pace in the first mile, Garrett gained momentum and improved his pace to 9:11 min/mile in the second mile. Closing out the race with a 9:09 min/mile pace in the final mile is commendable, reflecting his ability to push through and maintain stamina to the end. The data shows Garrett's overall time was 28:15 with an average pace of 9:06 min/mile, setting a strong basis to build on for future races. Although the challenge in the second split, where his pace rose to 8:59 min/mile, is noted, such pacing improvements are a positive sign of his potential.
