Consistent Momentum in the Half Marathon Lauren displayed a consistent performance throughout the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest Half Marathon. She successfully maintained an average pace of 9:03 min/mile over the course of the race. Notably, she began the event with a 9:32 min/mile pace in the initial mile, progressively improving her pace to sub-9 minutes in several splits, reaching as fast as 8:22 min/mile by mile 10. Her overall finishing time was 1:58:43, placing her in the top third of her division and demonstrating solid pacing strategy. While Lauren's pace fluctuated, with her slowest mile at 11:30 min/mile during mile 8, she effectively regained momentum, wrapping up with a final mile at 8:33 min/mile. This shows her ability to adapt and pick up speed after challenging segments. Continuing to work on maintaining pace balance will further refine her performance. As part of the Out Of Office Running Dept., Lauren demonstrated determination, handling shifts in pace adeptly.
