Consistent Effort with Subtle Decline in Pace Timon displayed a commendable performance in the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest 5K. He maintained a steady pace with an initial mile completed in 10:04. His pace remained consistent at 10:03 for the second mile, displaying strong endurance. Over the first two miles, Timon showed a progressive stride, achieving initial placements of 916th overall and 46th in his division (M20-24). In the final mile, a slight drop in pace was observed with a split of 10:20, affecting his overall elapsed time of 31:30 at a pace of 10:09 min/mile for the full 5K distance. Timon placed 94th in his division out of 1150 male competitors. While maintaining consistency is a strength, considering strategies for pacing in later stages could enhance future performances.
