Consistent Strides with a Strong Finish Karissa Marshburn competed in the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest, wrapping up a 5K run with a final time of 1:05:55, marking an overall pace of 21:15 min/mile. Her efforts placed her 409th in her F35-39 division out of a total of 6521 participants. Notably, in the second mile, Marshburn's pace increased slightly to 22:37 min/mile, but she successfully quickened her pace in the third mile, achieving her fastest split of 19:45 min/mile. Her performance showed a commendable ability to finish strong. Continuing to build on this positive momentum by focusing on consistency right from the start could further enhance her overall time.
