Consistent Pacing and Strong Performance in Division In the recent 2026 Shamrock Run Fest Half Marathon, Sarah Marion delivered a noteworthy performance with an overall time of 1:34:25, maintaining an impressive average pace of 7:12 min/mile. Sarah demonstrated consistent pacing, starting with a 7:14 min/mile split and improving to as fast as 6:52 min/mile at mile 12. Her early splits, notably with mile 3 at 7:03 min/mile placing her first in her division, established a strong foundation. Sarah's consistent performance positioned her 2nd in the F35-39 division out of an event total of 4421 participants. Her strategic recovery at mile 8, with a split of 8:27, was well-managed, regaining momentum to close strong with a 6:57 final mile split. Continuing to focus on refining her pacing in the latter half could further improve results. Overall, excellent placing and a strong finish in her division are commendable.
