Steady Progression with a Strong Mid-Race Surge Elijah showed a commendable progression throughout the 5K at the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest. This strong surge moved him up significantly from 2836th to 1533rd overall, showing excellent mid-race strategy and execution. His split times also improved as he went from a 12:50 pace to 10:21 by the third mile, signaling an efficient and well-paced approach to the event.
