Consistent Pacing with Room for Growth in Final Stages Sarah Morse completed the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest 8K with a final time of 56:32, maintaining an average pace of 11:22 min/mile. Starting strong, her pacing showed positive progression in the early stages, with the second mile being especially efficient at 10:51, improving from her initial mile pace of 11:31. Her strongest mile was the fourth, with a split pace of 10:30. The third mile presented a challenge with a split pace of 14:03, indicating an opportunity to work on maintaining even pacing throughout the race. Concluding in the F50-54 division, she placed 73rd out of 5185 participants. Notably, Sarah improved her standing within her division during the race, initially positioned at 59th, before progressing to 54th by mile two.
