Consistent Performance with a Strong Finish Elisabeth Rocha de Freitas participated in the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest, representing the Run4Raiden team. She maintained an impressive consistency in her splits, completing the half marathon with an overall pace of 8:39 min/mile. Notably, Elisabeth displayed a strong finishing kick, improving her pace significantly in the final miles, clocking her fastest mile at 7:38 min/mile during mile 13. Starting strong, she managed to stay within a narrow band of pace fluctuation in the first half of the race. Although her pace slowed in the middle miles, she regained momentum with a notable improvement in the last three miles. Her ability to finish strong suggests a strategic approach to race pacing.
