Smooth Progression and Strong Finish Sarah Spencer displayed a well-paced performance at the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest presented by Toyota. Starting at an initial mile pace of 18:40 min/mile, she significantly improved her pace over the course of the race, finishing with a faster overall pace of 17:35 min/mile. Her splits were remarkably consistent, noticeably improving by over a minute between the first and third mile, demonstrating effective endurance and strategic pacing. Spencer secured a final time of 54:32 in the 5K Run, placing 348th in the F40-44 division and 3068th among female participants. This event, part of Team Watson, showcased her steadily improving pace, moving from 4519th place overall after the first mile to 5448th by the finish line. Although consistent improvement in pace is evident, focus on sustaining pace gains throughout will further enhance her future performance.
