Consistent Start with an Impressive Finish Karl Keating from Portland, Oregon participated in the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest presented by Toyota, delivering consistent and strategic performance throughout his race. Starting his 5K with an even pace of 9:23 min/mile for the first two miles, Karl maintained his position in the overall rankings as well as in his division. In the final stretch, Karl increased his pace significantly to 8:06 min/mile for the third mile, improving his overall movement in the rankings. He completed this segment faster than the previous ones, showcasing his ability to ramp up his pace as needed. Despite the shift in positions from 29th to 40th in the M45-49 division, finished with a strong overall pace of 8:53 min/mile.
