Consistent Mid-Race Pace Key in Performance Quintin Galvin started his race at the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest with a solid pace of 7:11 min/mile in the first mile, gradually increasing his speed in the next two splits, showing promising control and endurance with a notable mile 2 time of 6:47. By the third mile, Quintin impressively climbed to 29th place overall, and 7th in his division, clocking a 6:57 min/mile pace. A mid-race adjustment was evident with an increase in pace during mile 4, maintaining sub-7-minute pace, except for final splits where pace slightly dropped to 7:10 min/mile average. Composure was maintained as he finished with an overall time of 1:33:53, placing 165th in his gender and 27th in his division out of 4421 participants. Elevating his pace again in the final section, he achieved a strong finish with a 6:54 mile at the last segment.
