Rapid Progress and Strong Finish Lisa Dupont participated in the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest 5K with consistent improvement and a solid finish. Her overall time was 32:36, establishing an average pace of 10:31 min/mile. She advanced significantly from the first mile, where she started with a pace of 15:56 min/mile, to a much faster 6:13 min/mile for her second-mile split. This remarkable acceleration allowed her to improve her rankings significantly during the race. Lisa ended with an impressive Elapsed Time of 31:43 by the third mile and achieved noteworthy placements: 122nd in her division (F35-39) and 847th in her gender out of 6521 participants. She represented the BGHS Shamrockers with determination, particularly evident in her ability to pick up pace during the second mile. Further focusing on maintaining her improved pace consistently across all miles could enhance her performance even more in future events.
