Steady Improvement in Pacing Hannah Denton displayed a steady improvement in pacing during the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest 5K. Starting with a conservative pace of 10:13 min/mile for the first mile, she improved by picking up speed to 9:54 min/mile in the second mile. The final split was especially strong at 8:57 min/mile, demonstrating excellent acceleration and finishing strength. Her total time for the 5K was 29:39, with an average pace of 9:33 min/mile. Notably, Hannah's ability to maintain and improve speed in each subsequent split is commendable, exemplified by her shift from 100th to 75th in her division by the second mile.
