Consistent Performance with Impressive Splits Jack McLean of Rose City Track Club demonstrated a consistent performance at the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest 5K. Clocking a total time of 21:46 and an overall pace of 7:01 min/mile, Jack managed an impressive 11th place in the Men's 40-44 age division. He started strong with a first-mile split of 7:00, ranking 129th overall and 11th in his age division. Despite some slight pace fluctuation, Jack maintained his energy well, achieving a faster pace of 6:56 for the third split. His overall performance showed strong pacing ability. Focusing on maintaining the middle-mile pace could offer even greater improvement in the future. Well done, Jack!
