Consistent Pacing with Strong Mid-Race Recovery Manny Alejandro participated in the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest half marathon, representing the SeRUNo Peppers team. He maintained a consistent average pace of 10:20 min/mile, completing the race in 2:15:30. Notably, Manny demonstrated strong mid-race recovery, particularly at mile 3, where he achieved his fastest split of 7:41 min/mile, improving his overall ranking positions during this segment. Manny maintained stable pacing, achieving most splits near his average pace. The early steady pace set the rhythm for the remainder of the race. Although there was a slight slowdown at mile 8, Manny regained momentum, demonstrated by a quicker mile 9 pace of 10:13 min/mile, and finished with a positive split of 10:07 min/mile on the last mile. Continued focus on endurance training could enhance consistency in maintaining faster splits throughout the race. Great job, Manny!
