Consistent Improvement with Strong Finish Kyle Ambert delivered a solid performance in the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest Half Marathon, showcasing steady progress and strategic pacing throughout the race. Starting at a pace of 7:41 min/mile, Kyle effectively increased his speed, dropping to a 7:21 min/mile pace by mile three. This improvement moved him up significantly in the standings, especially within his M45-49 division, where he moved from 17th early on to finish 11th. His strongest splits were between miles 9 and 13, notably clocking in at 6:47 and 6:46 min/mile in the last two miles. Throughout the race, Kyle maintained an excellent overall pace of 7:20 min/mile, completing the half marathon in 1:36:10. His strategic push in the latter part of the race helped him cross the finish line with an impressive placement of 256th out of 4421 participants.
