Strong Finish with Consistent Pace Davyd Zavelytsya showcased a solid performance at the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest Half Marathon. His consistent pacing was a highlight, as he maintained a sub-8-minute mile pace for the majority of the race, finishing with an impressive overall elapsed pace of 7:21 min/mile. Notably, he secured the 43rd position in the M25-29 division, demonstrating his competitive edge within his age group. His pacing strategy was effective, with faster splits in the latter part of the race. The final mile was completed in 6:56 min/mile, marking one of his fastest splits. Davyd improved his overall standing, moving from 405th at the first mile to 262nd upon crossing the finish line, indicating a strong second half and strategic race execution. Joining the Reveal Run Club was clearly advantageous, contributing to his focused performance throughout the race. A commendable day for Davyd indeed!
