Consistent Pacing with a Solid Finish Kama Crawford demonstrated notable consistency in the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest Half Marathon. Starting strong with a 9:53 min/mile, Kama maintained paces close to 10 minutes for the first five miles. A slight slowdown was observed around mile 8 with a split pace of 11:29 min/mile, which can be an area to focus on for future races. However, an impressive speed increase was achieved in the final stretch, notably at mile 10 with a 9:08 min/mile pace, and finishing strongly at mile 13 with a 9:32 min/mile pace.
