Consistent Improvement throughout the Race Amiah Dodrill displayed notable consistency and progress over her 5K run at the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest. Starting with a split pace of 9:39 min/mile for the first mile, she steadily improved her pace to 8:49 min/mile by the second mile. Her final mile showed significant progress with a split pace of 8:18 min/mile. Throughout the race, Amiah advanced her placement significantly in both the overall and gender categories.
