Strong Finish with Consistent Pacing Andrew Cooley delivered a commendable performance at the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest Half Marathon. Throughout the 13.1-mile race, he maintained a strong and consistent pace, finishing with an elapsed time of 1:17:24 and an average pace of 5:54 min/mile. Notably, Andrew's performance placed him 4th in his division (M30-34), a distinct achievement given the large pool of participants. His second mile at 10:20 min/mile, was a deviation in pace, but he quickly adjusted in subsequent miles, significantly improving towards the end. Particularly impressive were the splits from mile 11 onwards, which saw Andrew achieving sub-6 minute miles consistently, peaking with a 5:09 min/mile pace for mile 13.
