Consistent Pacing, Dominant 25-29 Division Finish Stephen Daly participated in the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest Half Marathon, completing the 13.1-mile course in 1:11:16. Stephen excelled in his age division (M25-29), finishing first among peers and fifth overall out of 4421 participants. His performance was marked by impressive pacing, maintaining an average of 5:26 min/mile. Stephen showed exceptional stamina, as shown by his consistent pacing throughout the race. His splits ranged from 5:03 min/mile to 6:18 min/mile, with a particularly strong final mile of 5:03. Notably, he maintained first place in his division from the 2nd mile onward. For future races, maintaining endurance over the full distance would help avoid any slowdown, particularly seen in the 8th mile.
