Strong Mid-Race Performance with Notable Improvement at the Finish Aubrey Baldwin participated in the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest Half Marathon, covering the 13.1-mile distance with a final time of 2:09:34 and an overall pace of 9:53 min/mile. Aubrey's performance was commendable, particularly in the earlier stages. Impressively, she was 2nd in her division at the 3-mile mark. Notably, she managed to quicken her pace in the final mile, clocking a split of 8:41 min/mile, the fastest over the course. Throughout the race, Aubrey demonstrated resilience amidst position changes, particularly responding well after Mile 8. Despite rank shifts, Aubrey maintained composure, with a strong finish that earned her 94th place in the F20-24 division. Observing the split pattern, there were opportunities to moderate the slowdown between Miles 5 and 8. A focus on sustained pacing in future races could enhance results. Engaging with her team, "Every Wednesday!", could provide beneficial pacing strategies and motivation.
